After Madonna, Stallone and Versace the avalanche of celebrities moving to Miami grew. They live in mansions, downtown condos, private islands, public neighborhoods or the heart of South Beach. Sometimes they invest in local businesses or create their own (the Kardasian sisters - DASH).
